Bad bad bad!
I ordered some sneakers and when they arrived, I sent them back same day. Almost 15 days later after numerous emails sent I still didn’t get my refund. I also have proof that the product has been delivered to them 10 days ago.

I was sceptical, did not get tracking code. 4 days after purchase I asked customer service where is my package, they answered the next day, provided the tracking code and the package came the next day. Delivery time 7 days to Finland and fast customer service.

I'm giving 5 stars because they deserve it I've had nothing but good things to say from customer service to purchase receiving and overall happiness I love the Converse that they carry they are competitive with their prices if not lower than most,amazing that BSTN are all the way in Germany and yet can get your item to you within 3 to 4 days NO QUESTION I'm all the way in Phoenix Arizona almost half a world away and get my kicks super clean to my doorstep in ample time(REAL TALK)keep up the good work Amigos, I'm looking FWRD to shopping your store front again,WITH KIND REGARDS, DonLalo.

One of the worst company, do not buy from them, they will not send you the exact item and would not respond to your email queries either. Don't waste your time and money really not worth it. I want my refund

I received a 15% discount code (cause they missed me) and decided to shop for a pair of shoes and shorts. Added items to my cart applied the discount code, so far so good. Tried my UK card, declined, tried my Greek card, declined. Also discount code not valid anymore. Thanks for nothing BSTN... you'll never see me again!!!

Pleasant experience shopping with them. Shipped out my order a bit delayed but acceptable. Arriving time is what they claimed. However they don’t include a phone number on the shipping label which can cause a problem sometimes as they courier will not be able to contact the customer even I have double checked that I left my phone number on the address section and they still didn’t do so.

After reading all reviews I was so worried that I wouldn’t receive my order but today I received no problems at all and my daughter very happy with her trainers.

Ordered shoes to the UK and despite the website stating “ For deliveries to the United Kingdom, the price of the item includes UK VAT, and all customs duties and processing fees…” I was charged huge amount by customs due to incorrect labelling on my parcel from the BSTN warehouse. After telling customer service they are refusing to refund me what I was charged. FASLE ADVERTISING AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Scam!
They market unlimited shoes as limited and exclusive. Sold me two items at one price and then changed the price on the website (20€ cheaper), and now they've given me a coupon instead of a refund - which is useless because I'll never be in business with them after I've been scammed. I've complained via e-mail and asked for real money instead of a worthless coupon, but they've ignored my complaint so far. Avoid at all costs. I'd rather walk barefoot.
